Responsibilities:
-
Provide leadership to ensure the company
achieves its objectives in safety, cost, product quality,
productivity, asset management and customer service.

Provide the technical expertise required to
ensure the successful completion of company’s high
technology projects.

Ensure that working conditions, processes,
and operating procedures meet safety codes, policies and
guidelines so that work is performed in a safe and efficient
manner for the employee and the customer.

Communicate throughout the company in a way
to ensure that everyone that has a need to know is informed.
Qualifications:
-
Position requires an engineering degree with
extensive oil field experience.
-
Position requires five to eight years or
experience.
-
Incumbent must be bilingual in English and
Chinese.
